This book was soooooo goooooood, like unbelievably good and I don't know how to express how much I loved it.
Nashville and Carter find themselves working together when they both are sent on the same mission in China, with the lack of communication from their agents they both almost ruin their mission because of it. As fate would have it, they are both destined to see each other again and instantly hate one another. They are both extremely competitive and the top agents in their game, with their winning streak they have the tendency to get in to constant hand to hand combat and be at each other's throats.
Nashville, who is A+ has super abilities that exceed those from the average human, this makes her one of the best assassins in the business. She is super feisty, has a short temper, incredibly loyal and her apathy when she goes in for the kill is astonishing. I adore her for being able to change persona's and mask her emotions keeping the other person constantly on edge. She finally meets her match in the form of 6ft 3, tall and handsome Carter....
Carter is the epitome of perfection with green eyes that make you want to just drown in them, he is the total opposite of 3. Whereas, Nashville is rigid, professional and gets the job done asap, Carter likes to enjoy his time and knows how to fun whilst doing his job. Carter and 3 are constantly bickering and their banter just wants to grab some popcorn and watch it all day.
I can't decide who I loved more, Carter or Nashville A.K.A 3. I really enjoyed reading the romance that started to brewing between them and what I loved most about it was it was not instant love. It was more like hating, arguing, fighting, then more fighting. And then learning to trust and respect each other through their mission. And when they did finally kiss oh boy was it worth it, if only someone like Carter would sweep me in to his arms like that! *swoons*.
What is even more astonishing was how much I loved the writing and plot, if I thought I loved the author's previous work, I am even more impressed with her work now, I am totally her fan. This book has everything in it; intense scenes, romance, kissing, suspense, kick ass heroine who takes no crap from anyone, hot swoon worthy characters and love. What more do you want?
YOU GUYS NEED TO GO AND CHECK THIS BOOK OUT, YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!!
